By accessing and using LeadWell Tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use our tools for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the tools for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to abuse or overload our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, we implement rate limiting on our API endpoints. Excessive requests may result in temporary restrictions.

Disclaimer

The tools and content generated are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall LeadWell Tools or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.
